Congressman Luis Guttierrez is currently on a multi-city "insurrection tour." One of his first stops was in California. Any red-blooded American with a 5th grade education can read the U.S. Constitution's 14th Amendment, Section 3:

U.S. Constitution, 14th Amendment, Section 3 states:

"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may, by a two-thirds vote of each House remove such disability."

Congressman Guttierrez is conspiring with the Speaker of the House to undermine not only our federal immigration laws, but the Constitution itself. Voters are told to vote people out of office when we lose faith in their ability to represent our best interests. What about when they conspire to commit a felony? Aiding and abetting illegal aliens, or providing them aid and comfort is a felony.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, at St. Anthony's Church in San Francisco on March 7, 2009, in direct defiance of her oath of office as a Member of Congress, willfully, and knowingly conspired to aid and abet insurrection. She certainly comforted them. (Listen to their cheers), and conspired to aid them by encouraging the President of the United States to ignore federal law, when she suggested ICE raids were un-American, and that they should stop. Insurrection is defined as:

insurrection:

"an act or instance of rising in revolt, rebellion, or resistance against civil authority or an established government."

 Speaking to a crowd that consisted of illegal aliens and illegal alien sympathizers, Speaker Pelosi said the following about immigration law enforcement raids being conducted by ICE in the performance of their duties:

"There are ways it can stop by just changing policy by the administration, which I think will happen, but we need comprehensive immigration reform, and we need it soon."

Speaker Pelosi, who took an oath to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution said to a group of illegal aliens and sympathizers,

"You are very, very special people. You're here on a Saturday night to take responsibility for our country's future. That makes you very, very patriotic."

Very patriotic? What? They aren't even citizens of this country. Does she need a dictionary or a labotomy?

Former Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo, appearing on Fox News' Your World with Neil Cavuto, had this to say in response to Speaker Pelosi's remarks.

"What a slap in the face that is to every single person who's come here the right way. To suggest this for a moment that they should simply ignore the law, and she as the Speaker of the House, says "Let's ignore the law. It doesn't matter. It's un-American to enforce it."

It's an idiotic statement, and a slap in the face to every immigrant who has come here the right way, said Tancredo.

Whose job is it to investigate, indict, and prosecute elected officials who willingly, and knowingly violate the Constitution? Who has the legal authority and obligation to charge Congressman Guttierrez and Speaker Pelosi with violating Title 8, and the Constitution's 14th Amendment, Section 3?

At what point do states who witness un-Constitutional activity going on at the federal government stop making excuses, and start doing their sworn duties of upholding the Constitution? 

I was in the Navy, and participated in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. I took an oath to uphold the Constitution. Do you think for one second that if I, having previously taken that oath, had conspired to give aid or comfort to illegal alien insurgents in Iraq, that I would have been rewarded for it? I certainly would not have been given the honorable discharge I received at the end of my sworn obligation to my country. Odds are, I would have been charged, and if found guilty would have been imprisoned, and then received a dishonorable discharge.

If my oath was so important that I was at risk of incarceration and a permanent mark on my record of having been "dishonorable," then someone please explain to me why Members of Congress who send honorable Americans into harms way aren't held to the same standard, when they take the same oath?

Nancy Pelosi and Luis Guttierrez, by definition are actively engaged in insurrection. They are actively giving aid and comfort, and conspiring to undermine the U.S. Constitution and the laws written to defend it.

My question for the U.S. Attorney General, and every red-blooded American is this:

U.S. Constitution, 14^th Amendment, Section 4 states:

“The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.”

Start reading your "employee handbook" (the Constitution), and start holding your employees accountable. Nancy Pelosi promised "transparency" when she took over as Speaker of the House. It's the one promise she has kept. I can see right through her, and what I see is a traitor.
